The First Project Result of GS4E, the Good Practice Handbook Now Available!

We are excited to announce the completion and release of the first result of the GreenSkillsforEntrepreneurship project: the Good Practice Handbook!

The handbook brings together real-world examples of successful green entrepreneurship, showcasing how innovative practices can contribute to both economic growth and environmental sustainability.

The handbook is the result of collaborative research across the GS4E partner countries (Greece, Portugal, Austria) and the broader EU countries (eg Netherlands). It compiles good practices in areas such as:

  • Sustainable production methods
  • Green skills training programmes
  • Circular economy business models
  • Local and national policies supporting sustainability
  • Innovative funding schemes
  • Education and awareness initiatives

It aims to benefit a diverse audience – from policymakers and educators to entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and socially conscious individuals – providing inspiration, strategic insights, and practical guidance.

By showcasing real-world examples of sustainable entrepreneurship, the handbook highlights the potential of green business practices to drive not only economic growth but also social and environmental progress. It offers both inspiration and practical guidance for implementing green strategies in various sectors.

The publication of this first result strengthens our mission to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs with the skills and tools they need to thrive in a green economy.
